Shivaraj Kumar Postpones Muthuraja

It's a known fact that the Hattrick Hero Shivaraj Kumar and director Harsha has joined hands for another project, which is titled as Muthuraja. The movie, which was suppose to start its shooting on Dr Rajkumar birthday was postponed due to the sudden death of Shivanna's mother-in-law Shakuntala Bangarappa.

The project Muthuraja, which had later scheduled its muhurtha on the auspicious day of Akshaya Thritiya, May 2, 2014, has again been again postponed for the unknown reasons. The movie, which is the second combination of Centurion Star Shivanna and director Harsha is yet to finalise the muhurtha's date.

"We will soon announce the launch date of the movie and we have plans to start the shoot from June. Though the title of the movie is Muthuraj, it is no way related to Rajkumar's life. It was on Shivanna's advice that we have decided to title the movie Muthuraj, which is very apt to the script," says director Harsha, who is basking in the success of Bhajarangi. Muthuraja is the original name of Kannada's cultural icon and Shivaraj Kumar's father Dr Rajkumar which is also having an emotional attachment with Kannadigas. Manjunath Gowda aka Jack Manju, who had produced Bhajarangi will also be producing Muthuraja.
