Shubha Poonja To Romance Rakesh Adiga

Sandalwood's budding talent Rakesh Adiga, who is awaiting for a huge success in Kannada film industry, has signed a new movie. The actor, who was seen romancing Mallu girl Nithya Menon in his debut movie Josh will now be seen with Kannada beauty Shubha Poonja.

Rakesh and Shubha will be seen in Sandalwood's forthcoming movie Kootigondu Love Story, which is being directed by newbie Jaggu. It is said that the movie, which is touted to be a romantic film, also include few commercial elements in it.

Rakesh, who plays musician in the Kootigondu Love Story, is also a part of the music band in the real life. Talking about his character in the movie, Rakesh said, "As I am already part of a band, it was easy to get into the skin of the character."

Rakesh, who is currently busy with the shooting for Kootingondu Love Story in Bhatkala says that Shubha Poonja is thorough professional and down to earth. "She is a thorough professional, down to earth and highly co-operative on the set. I don't feel like I am working with a senior from the industry," says the State Award Winner Rakhi, who is awaiting the release of Dove in which he is paired opposite Adithi Rao.
