Sudeep Launches Website On Maanikya

Kannada superstar Abhinaya Chakravarthy Kiccha Sudeep, who is all set to release his directorial venture Maanikya, has launched the website in the name of the movie. WWW. MAANIKYATHEMOVIE.COM was launched yesterday by Sudeep himself, who posted the link on his micro-blogging site Twitter.

Though it is a well known fact that Maanikya is the remake of Telugu hit Mirchi, it is still much anticipated in Kannada as the suspense of the changes made to the script has not been revealed. The website contains all the details about Maanikya including the stills, on set images, videos and others.

Maanikya is likely to release on May 1, 2014 across the state. Beside directing the film, Sudeep is also playing the lead role along with Crazy Star Ravichandran, South lass Ramya Krishna, Sadhu Kokila, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, Ravishankar and others. The original movie Mirchi had Rebel Star Prabhas, Sathyaraj, Nadhiya, Anushka Shetty, Sampathraj and others in the lead roles. (Sudeep Wages War Against Piracy).

However, the audio release event of Maanikya was expected to be a very big affair, but it was canceled as the songs had become the victim of piracy monster. Sudeep's fans across the state are eagerly waiting to see the actor after one year on the silver screen.
