Sudeep Reveals The Latest Poster Of Maanikya

Kannada superstar Abhinaya Chakravarthy Kiccha Sudeep is presently busy with the final shooting schedule of his directorial venture Maanikya. Amidst his busy schedule, the actor took his micro-blogging site Twitter to reveal the latest poster of the movie. (Rajinikanth's Kochadaiyaan To Be A Nightmare For Sudeep's Maanikya).

Beside directing the film, Kiccha Sudeep is also playing the lead role along with Crazy Star Ravichandran, Ramya Krishna, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Sadhu Kokila, Ravishankar and others. The actor, who was likely to release the movie for Ugadi Festival, has scheduled the release date in the first week of May.

Maanikya is the remake of Telugu hit Mirchi, which was released in early 2013. The original movie had Tollywood's Rebel Star Prabhas, Sathyaraj, Nadhiya and Anushka Shetty in the significant roles.

Sudeep will be enacting the role played by Prabhas in the original, Ravichandran will be stepping into the shoes of Sathyaraj in Maanikya. More importantly, major changes have been made in the script for Ravichandran's character. Sathyaraj had played the role of Prabhas' father in the film. But in Maanikya, the Crazy Star will be seen as Sudeep's brother.

However, the audio release event of Maanikya was expected to be a very big affair, but it was canceled as the songs had become the victim of piracy monster. Sudeep's fans across the state are eagerly waiting to see the actor after one year on the silver screen.
