Ulidavaru Kandante To Be Screened In Fantastic Fest

Actor/Director Rakshit Shetty added a new feather to his cap. His directorial debut Ulidavaru Kandathe will be screened in US for the first time. The movie will be screened at the Fantastic Fest to be held in Austin, Texas.

The Fest shows some of the best movies from world over to movie connoisseurs. The fest selected the movie for its unique storyline and narration. The movie will be screened at other places in the country too, along with Texas. The director of the movie Rakshit Shetty is quite excited about the news.

In his Facebook page the director posted, "This is a milestone for Karnataka cinema, one of the first films in the Kannada language to break out from Bengaluru theaters to the world outside. Rakshit Shetty presents us with a film that is never less than rapturous in its embrace of cinema and its effect on the collective consciousness of its fans. -FantasticFest #UlidavaruKandante gets a North American premier at the prestigious Fantastic Fest 2014.
