The latest update from Mythri's producer NS Rajkumar is that, Mythri will soon be remade in Telugu by actor-producer Akkineni Nagarjuna. Speaking to FilmiBeat the happy producer said, " I have already spoken to Nagarjuna Garu about this. Since I was busy these days, with Mythri's release, I couldn't talk to him".

NS Rajkumar continued to tell that, " We will soon arrange a show for Nagarjuna in Hyderabad and I am pretty sure that he will like the movie. Right now, I am looking forward for his call".
