It's 5 Years For Puneeth Rajkumar Starrer 'Jackie'

WOW! Puneeth Rajkumar starrer blockbuster movie completes 5 years. The movie directed by Duniya Soori gave a huge break to Appu aka Puneeth in 2010. The movie was released on 14th October, it starred Puneeth, Bhavana, Ravi Kale and Harshika Poonacha in the lead roles.

Jackie bagged the Best Film of 2010 at the South Filmfare Awards. It was later dubbed to Telugu and Malayalam versions. Jackie was the first time collaboration of Puneeth Rajkumar and director Duniya Soori.

Appu shined as a poor village guy, who has huge dreams of becoming a millionaire by doing nothing! Harshika Poonacha played a character name called 'Yashodha' which is one of the best roles in her acting career.

Jackie included best song album composed by V Harikrishna and all 5 songs penned by director-lyricist Yogaraj Bhat is still be crooned by the fans of Appu.

After Jackie, Soori once again teamed up with Puneeth for Anna Bond in 2012, which starred Priyamani and Nidhi Subbaiah as female leads.

Now the two best friends Puneeth and Soori are working for Dodmane Huduga, which is slated to release for December. Will Dodmane Huduga break the records of Jackie? Let's wait and see.
