Rakshit Shetty Starts Scripting 'Thugs Of Malgudi' Starring Sudeep!

After the huge success of Ulidavaru Kandanthe, the Simple actor-director Rakshit Shetty is back to say an action-cut in Sandalwood. We are sure you guys remember, Sudeep had accepted Rakshit Shetty's offer to act in his upcoming directorial venture.

This incident took place when Rakshit Shetty was on the sets of biggest reality show, Bigg Boss. Overwhelmed by Rakshit's keen request, Sudeep had given a 'Yes' to the maverick filmmaker. Later, the movie was named as Thugs Of Malgudi.

Now, the reports say that, Rakshit Shetty has kick-started the pre-producing work of Thugs Of Malgudi. The further sources say that, the movie will go on floors on January 2016.

With respect to the same, Sudeep has spoken to a leading daily and has said that, "On the Bigg Boss stage, I accepted his offer and it holds good. A passionate filmmaker takes his time until he is satisfied with the script. Whenever Rakshit tells me he is ready to roll, I will be there''.
