Actress
Amala
Paul
will
make
her
Sandalwood
debut
opposite
Kiccha
Sudeep
in
Hebbuli
and
the
same
has
been
confirmed
by
director
Krishna.
"It
is
time
to
put
an
end
to
the
rumours
doing
the
rounds.
Amala
Paul
will
be
the
female
lead
with
Sudeep," the
Gajakesari
director
has
told
a
leading
daily.
The
much
anticipated
project
will
go
on
floors
in
May
as
Sudeep
is
busy
finishing
his
current
commitments.
"Everything
about
the
star
cast
has
been
finalised.
However,
there
has
been
a
delay
in
the
shooting.
Our
hero
was
also
busy
with
other
projects.
Now,
we
are
planning
to
start
our
project
in
the
first
week
of
May.
We
planned
to
complete
the
first
part
of
the
shooting
for
Sudeep
and
Ravichandran.
Amala
will
be
in
the
second
portion
of
the
shooting,"
the
cinematographer-turned-director
has
said.
Hebbuli
will
have
Sudeep
and
Ravichandran
playing
brothers.
It
is
worth
mentioning
that
these
two
actors
were
seen
playing
a
father-son
duo
in
the
recently
released
money-spinner
Maanikya.
Portions
involving
Amala
Paul
might
be
shot
in
and
around
Bengaluru
and
Kashmir.
After
establishing
herself
as
a
successful
actress
in
Tamil,
Malayalam
and
Telugu
film
industries,
the
talented
actress
has
now
been
chosen
to
explore
Kannada
film
industry.
Amala
is
known
for
her
power
packed
performances
in
movies
like
Mynaa,
Thalaivaa, Nimirndhu
Nil
and
a
controversial
movie
titled
Sindhu
Samaveli.
While
her
performance
in
Sindhu
Samaveli
earned
her
appreciation,
the
choice
of
selecting
a
controversial
script
that
portrays
an
illicit
relationship
between
a
girl
and
her
father-in-law,
earned
her
the
wrath
of
public.
Amala
had
also
claimed
that
she
received
death
threats
from
people
upon
the
movie's
release.
She
was
last
seen
in
Suriya's
Pasanga
2
and
is
currently
working
on
a
couple
of
Malayalam
and
Tamil
films.
