Bhavana Rao Is The New Busy Bee In Town

Bhavana Rao, who had maintained a low profile for the last few years is back, and on a signing spree. She has signed 3 movies in the last month.

The latest project she has signed is Sathya Harishchandra starring Sharan, who is delivering back-to-back successes. Produced by K Manju and directed by Dayal. Considering the cast and crew, a good project indeed.

Apart from the above film, Bhavana has signed Gandhigiri, starring Jogi Prem and multistarrer Dayavittu Gamanisi, in which she is paired opposite Raghu Mukherjee.

Bhavana Rao Is The New Busy Bee In Town

After making impressive an debut with Galipata, Bhavana tried her luck at Tamil films, which did not work in her favour. Later, she made a comeback to Kannada films with Komal Kumar's Vaare Vah, but the movie did not do well at the box office.

In the past few years, she has been making appearances in movies like Attahasa, Bahuparaak, Parpanacha but those were guest roles or extended cameos. But, we hear that current movies she is working on, have substantial roles for her.

Gandhigiri is directed by Prem's protégé Raghu Hasaan, who had provided script for Hucchudugaru. He is making his directorial debut with this film, that has Ragini Dwivedi and Arundathi Nag playing important roles.

Dayavittu Gamanisi is directorial debut of actor and writer Rohit Padaki. This multistarrer has Rajesh Nataranga, Prakash Belwadi, Raghu Mukherjee, Sukrutha Wagle, Samyuktha Hornad, Vashista N Simha, Poornachandra Mysore playing the important roles.

Meanwhile, she has completed the first schedule of Gandhigiri in different locations of Mandya featuring Prem, Ragini, Arundathi Nag and others. She will join the sets of Sathya Harishchandra by October, once she completes her portions for Dayavittu Gamanisi.
