Duniya Vijay's Dana Kayonu Gearing Up For Dasara Release

Duniya Vijay's next Dana Kayonu, which has been waiting to hit the theatres for quite some time, is gearing up for a Dasara release. Yograj Bhat has directed the flick and this is the first time he is collaborating with Vijay.

Priyamani is paired opposite Vijay and this is the first time Vijay and Priymani are paired together. Rest of the star cast includes Rangayana Raghu, Suchendra Prasad and others.

The music of the movie was released a month ago in Kanakapura in the presence of political dignitaries. V Harikrishna has composed the music and album was released through his label D Beats.

The songs have garnered decent response from audiences. Yograj Bhat and Harikrishna, who have worked together in a number of projects like Gaalipata, Drama and Vaasthu Prakara, have tasted success in terms of music, before the theatrical release.

Also, Yograj Bhat is working on a rural based subject for the first time. Even though the drama starts off as a rural based subject, as the story progresses, it turns into an urban based film.

Sugnan is the director of photography for the film and this is his first outing with Yograj Bhat and Duniya Vijay. His filmography includes Neer Dose, Sidlingu, Love in Mandya and Lifeu Ishtene.

R Srinivas is producing the film under RS Productions. Producer R Srinivas who is also a well-known distributor will be releasing the film on his own banner throughout the state in over 200 theaters.

There are already half a dozen films lined up for Dasara Release. Notable films include Jaguar, Mukunda Murari and Idolle Ramayana.
