Duniya Vijay and Nagshekar's much awaited film Maasthi Gudi is in the final stages of production. The team is busy shooting action sequences for the film near Thipagondanahalli Dam featuring Vijay.
As per the producer Sundar Gowda, 1.5 Crores has been spent on this particular action sequences choreographed by Dr K Ravi Verma, who is also making a mark in Bollywood and Tollywood.
Ravi Verma has commissioned for boats and helicopters for the shoot. Boats have been readied by the art department and helicopters will be part of the shoot in a day or two.
Climax of the film is said to have high octane action sequences featuring Duniya Vijay and team has kept aside 11 days to complete the shoot of this sequence which is made on whopping budget.
This is important amongst the six fights that we get to see in the film that is based on a true event, as penned by Duniya Vijay. With this action episode, complete shoot of the film will be completed.
The team will start post production work from November. As per the team, songs composed by Sadhu have come out really well. Sonu Nigam and Shreya Ghoshal have sung a couple of songs which are said to be the highlights of the film.
Jhankar Music has bagged the music rights of the film for whopping 50 Lakhs. This is the highest amount that a Duniya Vijay film has got for music rights. Jhankar plans to release the music in the first half of November.
Makers intend to complete the post production work by November. They are aslo planning to start the promotional campaign in the second half of November targeting theatrical release on December 9.
