Movies To Watch Out For This Friday (July 29)

We have two notable Kannada releases this week - Shivanna starrer Santheyalli Nintha Kabira and Komal Kumar's Deal Raja. Let's see what the high points of these movies are.

As we are all aware by now, Santheyalli Nintha Kabira is a biopic-drama film adapted from Bhisham Sahni's play 'Kabira Khada Bazaar Mein'. For this reason, we can expect strong content in the movie.

The movie is directed by Narendra Babu of Kabaddi fame for which he won the State award. He has taken special care in each and every department and this is visible in trailers and teasers released so far.

Songs are composed by Bollywood composer Ismaail Darbaar. Sufi style songs from the movie are already the talk of the town and have garnered superb response. Visuals in the trailer, shot by debutant Naveen Kumar were impressive and looking at his work in the trailer alone, he has got offer to work on multiple big budgeted films.

The film is produced by Kumarswamy Pathikonda under Sri Subramanya Productions. Kishore Films is releasing the movie throughout the state in 200 odd theaters; the count is very high considering the genre of the movie.

Deal Raja is yet another comedy entertainer from Komal Kumar, who tasted success with Kathe Chithrakathe Nirdeshana Puttanna, early this year. The movie is a crucial one for Komal as he is just back to the success track and he wants to keep the momentum.

The film is directed by Rajgopi of Pade Pade fame and he is very sure of the movie hitting the right chord with the audiences. The film is produced by Meghadhoot Movies. Songs by Abhiman Roy have created decent buzz for the movie.

Producers are releasing the movie on their own, throughout the State in 130 odd theaters. Let's wish good luck for both the releases.
