Parul Yadav Roped In For Kannada Remake Of Queen

Parul Yadav has already made a mark in Kannada Film Industry with a couple of hits and has at least half a dozen projects in her hand. Parul is in news now, for signing a female oriented subject which will start rolling soon.

Parul will be playing the lead role in the Kannada version of Hindi film Queen. Kangana Ranaut played the lead role in the Hindi version. Kangana was appreciated for her splendid performance by the audiences and critics.

Kangana also won the National Film Award for the Best Actress for her performance in Queen. It says as to how good the role is. This is also one of the reasons why the top actresses down South wanted to be a part of the film.

Last week, it was announced that top actress Tamannaah Bhatia will be playing the lead role in Telugu and Tamil versions.

As per the latest reports, Parul Yadav has confirmed her presence in the Kannada version. The Hindi Version had catapulted Kangana's stardom and Parul would want the magic to repeat.

Veteran artist/producer, Thiagarajan has bought the remake rights for all the South Indian Languages. He has roped in veteran actress Revathi to direct the film and Suhasini to pen the dialogues.

There has been no official word regarding the technical crew of Kannada version. However, a few news reports suggest that actor/director Ramesh Aravind has given his consent to direct the Kannada version.

Only a director like Ramesh Aravind can do justice to a script like Queen and if the news is true, we can expect an equally brilliant film in Kannada as well. However, we will have to wait for the producers to reveal the details.
