Saturday
night,
Feb
13,
Raghu
Dixit
and
team
brought
their
charm
to
the
city
of
lakes;
Udaipur.
According
to
the
closest
sources,
the
music
band
has
won
the
hearts
of
the
audiences
in
Udaipur.
While
performing
on
Day
1
of
the
maiden
edition
of
the
World
Music
Festival
2016,
Raghu
Dixit
literally
brought
the
packed
audience
at
their
feet.
The
talented
folk
singer,
who
is
known
for
his
charismatic
stage
presence,
Raghu
Dixit,
who
is
the
frontman
of
his
band
welcomed
the
Udaipur
audiences
with
a
note
on
bringing
harmony
through
the
confluence
of
different
music
traditions.
The
musician
surpassed
all
the
expectations
and
got
the
audiences
roaring
and
cheering
for
him
as
he
sung
crowd
favourites
like
"Masti
ki
basti" and
"Jag
changa".
The
diversity
of
the
event
was
truly
justified
when
Raghu
performed
"Kodagana
koli
nungitha",
a
Kannada
composition
written
by
great
poet-saint
Shishunala
Sharif
in
19th
century.
The
crowd's
reception
to
the
song
was
incredible
as
they
immersed
themselves
into
the
soothing,
irrespective
of
their
awareness
of
the
language.
Raghu
further
upped
the
ante
by
teaching
the
audience
the
words
of
his
next
song
"Lokada
kalaji",
which
is
another
composition
by
Sharif.
Raghu
Dixit
is
famous
for
his
song
'Ninna
Poojege
Bande
Madeshwara'
from
Psycho
and
'Just
Math
Mathalli'
from
Sudeep-Ramya
starrer
Just
Math
Mathalli.
Raghu
Dixit
is
the
only
singer
who
is
concerned
and
spreading
the
traditional
folk
songs
across
the
world.
This
indeed
a
proud
moment
for
