Here
is
a
good
news
for
all
the
Rangitaranga
fans
out
there.
The
movie
is
scheduled
for
a
re-release
worldwide,
very
soon.
Director
Anup
Bhandari
confirmed
this
on
his
twitter
account
recently.
The
movie
will
complete
one
year
of
theatrical
run
in
a
few
multiplexes
of
Bangalore
on
July
3.
It
will
be
re-releasing
on
July
1.
A
surprise
from
Anup
Bhandari
for
the
audiences
is
the
25
new
scenes
that
will
be
added;
a
few
unwanted
scenes
will
be
trimmed.
Anup
Bhandari,
while
speaking
to
a
leading
daily,
has
said
that
there
were
a
few
good
scenes
which
were
not
included
in
the
theatrical
copy
to
keep
the
run-time
in
control.
He
felt
that
the
scenes
were
very
good
and
audiences
needed
to
watch
those
as
there
were
a
few
confusions
around
the
climax
of
the
movie.
So
with
these
extra
scenes
being
added
in
the
re-release,
he
is
sure
that
all
the
confusions
will
be
cleared
and
all
the
questions
answered.
This
announcement
came
on
the
occasion
of
Rangitaranga
completing
50
weeks
of
theatrical
run,
which
is
rare
for
any
movie
of
any
language
in
the
current
scenario.
Rangitaranga
will
re-release
in
25
odd
screens
of
Karnataka,
apart
from
the
screens
where
the
original
version
is
still
running.
The
international
cut
will
be
released
in
the
overseas
countries
like
USA,
UK,
Europe,
Singapore,
Australia.
Rangitaranga
was
big
hit
in
USA
when
it
released
there
last
year.
Sai
Kumar,
Director
Anup
Bhandari
and
Hero
Nirup
Bhandari
were
in
USA
to
promote
the
movie
which
resulted
in
fantastic
collections
for
the
movie,
which
is
highest
for
a
Kannada
movie
till
date.
Also
when
the
movie
completes
1
year
of
theatrical
run
on
July
3,
Anup
Bhandari
and
Nirup
Bhandari
will
announce
the
details
of
their
next
project.
