Shaam,
who
has
predominantly
appeared
in
Tamil
movies
right
throughout
his
career,
made
his
mark
in
Sandalwood
by
featuring
in
an
interesting
role
in
AMR
Ramesh's
Game.
Now,
the
39
year
old
actor
is
all
set
to
appear
in
another
Kannada
film.
Also
featuring
Yash
and
Radhika
Pandit
in
lead
roles,
the
film
will
portray
Shaam
as
a
good
guy
with
negative
shades.
"I
took
up
this
role
for
a
couple
of
reason.
One,
of
course,
is
the
character.
I
play
a
good-hearted
guy,
who
just
happens
to
be
part
of
a
business
that
thrives
on
negativity.
It
is
a
rather
stylish
role
and
I
sport
an
interesting
look.
Yes,
the
character
has
shades
of
grey,
but
it
is
an
interesting
shade
of
grey," Shaam
has
told
to
Times
of
India.
But
his
character
is
not
the
sole
reason
why
he
decided
to
sign
on
the
dotted
lines.
"The
other
reason
is
that
the
team
is
superb
-
with
Yash
and
Radhika
playing
lead
roles,
and
the
fact
that
the
film
is
backed
by
K
Manju,
has
Mahesh
as
the
director
and
Andrew
as
the
cinematographer.
It
sure
is
a
package
we
all
dream
of," he
has
said.
