2016 has been a bad year for Sandalwood Stars and their personal lives. The recent news about the split between Sudeep and his wife Priya took the internet by storm. The couple have opined for a mutual consent divorce, say sources.

The alleged reports say that, actress Nithya Menon is the main reason for the split between Sudeep and Nithya. Everything started when Sudeep and Nithya Menon started working for their upcoming bilingual movie 'Mudinja Ivan Pudi'.

Now, Sudeep and Priya are ending their 14 years of their marital life. They have a 12 year old daughter, Saanvi.

Yet another split between a Superstar of Kannada film industry has put the audiences down. It is none other than, Challenging Star Darshan and his wife Vijayalakshmi. After 4 years of their marital dispute, the couple again landed up in a controversy recently.

After series of discussions on the local TV channels, Rebel Star Ambareesh came forward to solve the issue between Darshan and Vijayalakshmi. The 'Box Office Sultan' addressed the media (on Saturday, March 12) and said, "It's purely a personal matter which we both will get it solved immediately".

Apart from Sudeep and Darshan's marriage dispute, the rumor mills say that even actress Radhika Kumaraswamy has called off her relationship with her alleged husband, politician Kumaraswamy. The sources close to Radhika have also revealed that, 'Namagaagi' will be her last film in her acting career'.
