Sruthi Hariharan & Rashmika Mandanna In Darshan’s Next

We had reported earlier about Challenging Star Darshan's next film, which will be directed by Milana Prakash. The latest news is that two heroines are confirmed for the film.

Sruthi Hariharan, who is already quite popular starring in films like Lucia and Godhi Banna Sadharna Mykattu, has been signed on to play the female lead opposite Darshan.

Rashmika Mandanna, whose debut film Kirik Party is hitting screens next month, has been signed on to play the second heroine. Rashmika has created quite a buzz with just a teaser and her character Sanvi in Kirik Party is said to be the highlight.

Rashmika's inclusion has come as a surprise to the fans and industry. This is said to be her ticket to stardom and she would not have gotten a better film than this to follow up with her debut.

Even though Sruthi has been in the industry for quite some time now, she has not worked with the top directors or paired opposite stars except for Uppi Matthe Hutti Baa, in which she is cast opposite Real Star Upendra.

Following that Sruthi has yet another big star film, in which she will be playing the main lead. Apart from the big films, she is also a part of different films like Beautiful Manasugalu and Happy New Year.

The film will be formally launched in the first week of December. We hear that title and first look posters will also be out during the launch. Makers intend to start shooting by end of December..
