Upendra-Rachita Ram’s Film Launched

Real Star Upendra, who is on a signing spree these days, has signed yet another project which was launched recently at the Kanteerava Studios. Not even the media or fans had an idea about this project till the film was officially launched.

Rachita Ram has been signed as the heroine of the film. We hear that she is playing the role of a school girl, which is a completely deglam role. With this film, Rachita has become a part of yet another big star movie.

K Madesh, who is known as the 'remake specialist' is directing this film, which is said to be a straight film. He will be working on the screenplay apart from directing the film. As per the team, the storyline is inspired from a classic Kannada film.

Dr. Vijayalakshmi Urs, who is the ex President of Kanteerava Studios is bankrolling the project under her banner Vijayalakshmi Urs Productions. A Keshava, K Manjunath and A Narasimha are the executive producers.

Sadhu Kokila has been roped in to compose the music. Rajesh Katta is the director of photography. KM Prakash will be editing the film. MS Ramesh will be penning the dialogues.

Director Madesh confirms that the "One liner has been approved by Upendra and producers. Currently he along with his team are working on the screenplay". The film will go on floors only after Uppi approves the final script.

Currently, Upendra has a song shoot left for Upendra Matte Hutti Baa, Inti Prema. After this he will start working on Kanneshwara directed by Naganna. Kanneshwara has Vedhika, Komal playing important roles apart from Upendra.
