Yash And Harsha Come Together For Raana

Rocking Star has signed his next project Raana. The makers of the project are planning to start the work on January 8, 2017, which marks the actor's birthday.

The movie will be directed by choreographer turned director A Harsha. He has choreographed many hit numbers for Yash, but this will be first time he will direct Yash.

Ramesh Kashyap, who has bankrolled films like Nanda Nanditha, Bhagyada Balegara in the past, is producing the movie under his banner Simhadri Productions. Producer Ramesh was awaiting Yash's call sheet for the last few years and finally he has successfully managed to get the dates of the Rocking Star.

Except the hero and director, no other details are confirmed. The pre-production for the movie will start after two months, once Harsha has finished his current commitments. However, it is said that movie will be a pakka commercial entertainer.

Meanwhile, Harsha has committed a couple of projects as a director which include film with Duniya Vijay for KP Srikanth production and Kapicheste, through which he is introducing his longtime associate and friend Mohan to KFI. However, he has not confirmed which project he will start first.

Yash is currently shooting for director Mahesh Rao's Santhu Straight Forward, which also stars Radhika Pandit. After this he will join the sets of most expected KGF, which is directed by Prashanth Neel of Ugramm fame.
