Finally! Chowka Will Release On Feb 3

The much awaited multi-starrer Chowka will release on February 3 throughout the state. Mysore Talkies will be distributing the film throughout the state. Triveni theater, which was closed down for a couple of years, has been selected as main theater.

The prestigious banner Dwarkish Chitra has bankrolled the film and this is the main reason why expectations are high on this project. This is 50th film from Dwarkish Chitra.

Tharun Sudhir who made his debut as actor and later assisted his brother Nanda Kishore for his directorial, is making his directorial debut through this film. Tharun is leaving no stones unturned to make this a memorable film.

The makers had gone for a different publicity strategy by releasing one song at a time, team released all the six songs earlier this week. 'Alladsu' and 'Appa I Love You' from this album are declared as chartbusters.

The major highlight of this film is said to be an extended cameo from Challenging Star Darshan, who will be seen in couple of scenes and a spine-chilling action sequence. We hear that Darshan's sequence will be featured in the climax.

Vijay Raghavendra, Prem, Prajwal Devraj, Diganth, Priyamani, Bhavana, Aindritha Ray and Deepa Sannidhi are playing the lead roles. There were also reports of Legendary actor Kashinath and Kendasampige fame Manvitha Harish being part of the film.

The film comprises of four different stories from different timelines featuring four different lead actors. All the four sequences are shot by different DOPs, written by different writers, set up by different art directors and have songs composed by different music directors.
