The
Kannada
movie
Lee,
starring
Sumanth
Shailendra
and
Nabha
Natesh,
has
hit
the
theatres
today(Jan
13).
If
you
think
that
only
one
Kannada
film
is
releasing
today
and
it
can
make
merry
at
the
box
office,
then
you
are
wrong!
It
has
to
compete
with
three
biggies
of
Telugu
and
Tamil.
Lee
has
released
in
over
80
theaters
throughout
the
state.
The
film
is
being
marketed
by
leading
distributor
Jayanna
Films,
but
even
that
did
not
help
the
film
in
getting
a
big
release.
Menaka
was
confirmed
as
the
main
theater
in
the
last
moment.
HM
Srinandan
of
Agraja
fame
has
directed
the
film,
which
is
produced
by
Sarathy
Sathish
under
Vivid
Dreams
Entertainment.
The
film
is
said
to
be
an
action
entertainer.
Sumanth,
who
has
been
a
part
of
five
films,
is
still
waiting
for
success
and
he
is
hoping
to
get
that
much
awaited
success
with
this
flick.
The
team
seems
to
be
very
confident
about
the
output,
which
made
them
to
go
ahead
with
this
release
date
without
a
second
thought.
Even
though
Lee
has
released
today,
Kirik
Party
is
expected
to
continue
its
good
run
at
the
theatres.
The
number
of
shows
for
this
Rakshit
Shetty
starrer
have
been
increased
in
the
multiplexes.
Trade
pundits
expect
Kirik
Party
to
rake
in
good
moolah
this
week
as
well,
as
there
is
no
big
Kannada
release.
Also,
the
film
is
still
continuing
in
over
175
single
screens
which
will
ensure
good
collections
even
in
the
third
week.
