Watch Out For These Kannada Films In The Valentine's Day Week

Sandalwood has big plans for Kannada film lovers for the Valentine's Day. Three notable films are scheduled for a grand release for this special day. This also allows the film-makers to release their films before Hebbuli.

As of now Manasu Mallige, Eradane Sala, Kaal KG Preethi are the Kannada films announced. It should not be surprising if a few more films join the list as big films like Hebbuli, Chakravarthy and Raajkumara are scheduled for release in the coming weeks.

Kalasamrat S Narayan's 50th film Manasu Mallige has completed the shoot and film is in the final stages of post-production. The film is an official remake of Marathi blockbuster Sairat. The music of the film is expected to be released in first week of February.

Rockline Venkatesh and Akash Chawla have produced the film under Rockline Entertainment and Zee Studios jointly. Bollywood composers Ajay and Atul who worked on the original version, have composed the music for Kannada version as well.

The makers of Eradane Sala also intend to release the film as a gift for Valentine's Day. There are also reports that makers have postponed the theatrical release to the first week of March.

The trailer, which was released recently has been a big hit despite receiving negative responses for crass content. But this should help film to get superb openings whenever the film releases. Producers are releasing the film through Thoogudeepa Distributions.

Kaal KG Preethi is the third film in the list. The team has officially announced through their ads that film is releasing for Valentine's Day. Mysore Talkies is releasing the film throughout the state.

Vihaan and Hitha play the lead roles. Hitha is the daughter of star couple Sihi Kahi Chandru and Geetha. Music composed by Chetan Sosca has been getting good responses. AB Rajeev is the producer and Satya Shaurya Sagar is the director.
