Bagheera OTT Release: Sriimurali's Superhero Actioner Written By Prashanth Neel Makes Awaited Digital Debut

Bagheera Makes OTT Debut: Written by maverick filmmaker Prashanth Neel for Dr. Suri's directorial Kannada superhero film Bagheera, was theatrically released on October 31 for the Diwali festival weekend. Upon its release, Bagheera earned decent reviews from fans, movie lovers and critics. The movie which was a sensation at the box office, finally made its streaming debut.

Bagheera became the highest-grossing Kannada film of the year with a box office collection of over Rs 29 Crore against a budget of Rs 20 Crore. Rukmini Vasanth played the female lead in the movie which has several notable actors in supporting roles. Sriimurali underwent an elaborate transformation for the movie and the makers have also promoted Bagheera across the Telugu states. Despite the names of Hombale Films and Prashanth Neel associated with Bagheera, the movie couldn't repeat the original version's magic.

Bagheera Movie Now Streaming On..

Sriimurali's superhero film made its much-awaited digital streaming debut on Netflix on November 21. The movie is available to watch in Telugu as well as Kannada. The dubbed versions of Tamil and Malayalam will be added shortly. It is to be seen how this action drama will score after OTT debut. The movie can be watched with a subscription to the digital streaming platform Netflix.

Bagheera Synopsis

Vedanth Prabhakar (Sriimurali) lives two lives: a devoted IPS officer and a vigilante named Bagheera, who cannot stand injustice and crime. On the other hand, the police are on a hunt to nab Bagheera, who is on a killing spree.

The movie stars Sri Murali, Rukmini Vasanth, Prakash Raj, Rangayana Raghu, Achyuth Kumar, Insane Ashraf, Ramachandra Raju, Pramod Shetty, Sudharani, Sharath Lohitaswa, and Garuda Ram among others in key roles.
