Jailed Kannada Actor Darshan Thoogudeepa Lands In New Trouble: Kannada superstar Darshan Thoogudeepa aka Darshan is in the news once again. The Kannada actor is currently in the Parappana Agrahara jail, Bengaluru, in connection with a murder case. Darshan was allegedly accused of kidnapping an murdering his fan, Renuka Swamy. Yesterday, pic of the Kannada actor hanging out with jail inmates inside the jail premises went viral on the internet.

Darshan Case: 3 New Cases Registered Against Jailed Kannada Actor

Darshan and his associates, in accusation of kidnapping, torture and murder of Renuka Swamy, have been lodged at the Parappana Agrahara Central Prison since the last three months. On Sunday (August 25), a picture of Darshan hanging out with other prisoners in the lawn went viral on the internet. In the picture, the actor was seen smoking a cigarette while holding a cup of coffee in one hand.

As per reports, those seated with Darshan in the pic are rowdy history sheeter Wilson Garden Naga, and other inmates Nagaraj (the actor's manager and co-accused) and Kulla Seena.

After the viral pic of Darshan receiving VIP treatment inside the jail, the jailed Kannada actor has landed in new trouble. According to a News18 report, 3 new cases have been registered against him along with Wilson Garden Naga, Kullu Seena and Nagarajat the Parappana Agrahara jail. Reportedly, one FIR has been filed against the 'use of mobile phones, cigarettes and coffee'.

"Three FIRs have been registered. A case has been registered against the use of mobile phones, cigarettes and coffee and who gave them chairs along with sitting there again. Darshan's name is also the same in the FIR and it has come to light that the incident took place on The 22nd," DGP (Prisons) Malini Krishnamurthy told News18.
