Darshan Confesses To Assaulting Renukaswamy: Darshan's recent statement came as a shock to everyone! The Kannada actor's recent statement is recorded in the submitted chargesheet where he has admitted to assault Renukaswamy. He confessed hitting him with a branch and kicking his chest. Not only that, he has also revealed that Pavithra Gowda has used his slippers to beat him.

In the recorded statement, which was accessed by CNN News18, Darshan has admitted that he hit Renukaswamy in his neck, head, and chest. Darshan's exact words were, "Renukaswamy was already tired by the time I saw him. It appeared like he was already assaulted." He further mentioned, "I kicked him near his neck, chest and head. I hit him with my hands and a wooden branch. I asked Pavithra Gowda to hit him with her slipper."

Police further revealed that Pavithra was the 'major cause' for Renukaswamy's murder. It has also been claimed that it was her who instigated Darshan and others before committing the crime.

On the other hand, a photo of Renukaswamy went viral lately where he could be seen in bare body apparently before his death, which is reportedly a still from a video where he pleaded for mercy before his death.

For the unversed, the 33 years old, who claimed to be a fan of Darshan, was found dead near a storm water drain in Sumanahalli area, Karnataka on June 9. According to the primary reports, it was suggested that Renukaswamy had sent obscene messages to Pavithra Gowda, which caused him to get enraged.

The post-mortem report suggested that Renukaswamy, who was the native of Chitradurga, died due to shock and haemorrhage after multiple injuries.
