Is Pavithra Gowda 54 Years Old? Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa's arrest over the alleged murder of his fan Renuka Swamy, over the extra-marital affair with Pavithra Gowda is taking a new turn everyday. After shocking details about Darshan's controversies, his open affair with Pavithra Gowda, Renuka Swamy's assault and death surfaced, the sandalwood industry is abuzz with the latest rumour about Pavithra Gowda's age.

Darshan was taken into custody a few days ago in connection to Renuka Swamy's death, allegedly murder. The victim was an ardent fan of Darshan. Renuka Swamy, unable to take it that his favourite actor has been having an extramarital affair, allegedly commented on the pictures and posts of Pavithra Gowda, who is in an affair with Darshan.

After marrying Vijayalakshmi, Darshan met Pavithra Gowda, who is 14 years younger to him. They have been in a relationship ever since, reportedly. On Darshan's birthday, Pavithra Gowda's social media post became viral. Despite Vijayalakshmi's stern warnings and protests, their affair
continued as Darshan never paid heed to his wife.

Pavithra Gowda, who was earlier married to Sanjay Singh, a store manager in Bengaluru, is a mother of a teenage daughter. The actress met and has been in an affair with Darshan for quite sometime and shared several pictures and videos on social media, much to the amusement of his fans and followers. Enraged with his lewd remarks, Pavithra Gowda is believed to have instigated Darshan to teach Renuka Swamy a lesson. However, as the poor fan was kidnapped from his hometown and brought to Darshan's house in Bengaluru, his men beat him up and tortured him to the point where they dumped his body at a canal in Kamksshipalya. The body of the deceased was found at Sumanahalli Bridge on June 8. Renuka Swamy used to work at a pharmacy in Chitradurga.

Darshan was then immediately taken into custody by the police on June 11 and was sentenced to remand. So far, including Pavithra Gowda, cops have detained about 15 people in connection to the murder case.
