Kannada Serial Actor Sridhar's Health Update: Hospitalized In Bengaluru, Family Seeks Support For Treatment

Actor Sridhar Hospitalized: Actor Sridhar N, known for his roles in Kannada television serials such as Paaru and Vadhu, is currently hospitalized in a private medical facility in Bengaluru, where he is receiving treatment for a serious illness. The 47-year-old actor has reportedly been diagnosed with edema, a condition characterized by swelling due to fluid retention in body tissues.

Family Seeks Public Support for Medical Treatment

Sridhar is undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Bangalore Baptist Hospital in Hebbal. According to family members, his health began to deteriorate rapidly in recent days due to infection-related complications. The actor's mother, Madevamma, who is currently his primary caregiver, has appealed to the public for financial assistance to help cover the cost of his medical treatment.

In a message shared on a fundraising platform, Madevamma explained that the family has already spent around ₹2.5 lakh by pooling in savings and taking loans. However, the treatment costs continue to rise, and the family estimates that an additional ₹20 lakh will be required for further care and recovery.

"My son Sridhar has been hospitalized with severe edema and is currently in the ICU. The expenses have become overwhelming. We have exhausted our savings and taken loans. We request any support, big or small, to help us through this crisis," the message read.

Sridhar himself is also said to have shared a message on social media requesting help. In his note, he explained that he is unable to manage the hospital expenses. He has also shared his Google Pay number and bank details for those willing to contribute.

Actor Ankietha Madhusudana, who has appeared in the Kannada serial Kamali, has publicly appealed for support on Sridhar's behalf. In a video message posted online, she urged people from the entertainment industry and the general public to contribute to his treatment. She mentioned that Sridhar's mother is alone in taking care of him and that they do not have any other family support.

As news of Sridhar's condition spreads, fans and well-wishers are sharing his story across social media platforms in the hope of raising the necessary funds.
