Kannada OTT Releases This Week

Mad Square

Mad Square is originally a Telugu language but its Kannada dubbed version will be released on Netflix on April 24, 2025. Mad Square is the sequel to the 2023 film Mad. The movie is a comedy-drama that revolves around college buddies who navigate their lives.

Somu Sound Engineer

Somu Sound Engineer is a Kannada film that will make its debut on the OTT screen on April 21, 2025. The movie is available to stream on Prime Video for a rental fee. Somu Sound Engineer marks the debut film of director Abhi. The official synopsis of the movie reads, "A rambunctious child's unruly conduct disrupts his family's dynamics and challenges societal norms, compelling them to address his troubling demeanor."

Veera Dheera Sooran

Veera Dheera Sooran is originally a Tamil language film, but it is releasing in the Kannada dubbed version as well on OTT on April 24, 2025. The movie will be made available to stream on Prime Video. Veera Dheera Sooran will also be available in Malayalam, Telugu, and Hindi versions. Veera Dheera Sooran stars Chiyaan Vikram, S J Suryah, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Prudhvi Raj, and Dushara Vijayan.

L2: Empuraan

Everyone is eagerly waiting for the release of L2: Empuraan on the OTT screen. The Malayalam language film L2: Empuraan will also be released in a Kannada version. The movie was released in theaters on March 27, 2025. It stars Mohanlal in the lead role alongside Prithviraj Sukumaran, Tovino Thomas, and Manju Warrier in key roles. L2: Empuraan will be available to stream on JioHotstar from April 24, 2025 onwards.
