As per Filmibeat Kannada's report, Jyoti said, "Within a month of our marriage, I started noticing a change in Sridhar's behavior. I started feeling that he was different from me. Now, whatever statements he is making on YouTube are definitely lies, both on my father's oath and on my son's oath (sic)."

Jyoti further talked about her marriage with Sridhar in the audio, She said, "Enough has happened in 11 years of life. I thought it happens in everyone's life. I haven't told anyone, not even my father, brother, or sister. I haven't even shown up at my workplace."

As per News 18 Kannada's report, Sridhar's wife Jyoti also said that Sridhar was suffering allegedly from "HIV induced disease and also had cancer." Jyoti claimed in the clip that she is not seeing anyone and is still alone in her life. However, she is concerned about her and her son's life.
