45 Box Office Collection Day 7: Shiva Rajkumar, Upendra Film Completes First Week With Over ₹13 Cr India Net
45 Box Office Collection: The Kannada fantasy action film 45 has completed its first week in theaters, recording an estimated ₹13.32 crore India net in seven days, according to figures shared by box office tracker Sacnilk. The film, which released on December 25, entered cinemas during the Christmas holiday window and is now stepping into Day 8 of its theatrical run.

Directed by music composer-turned-filmmaker Arjun Janya in his directorial debut, 45 features a prominent ensemble led by Shiva Rajkumar, Upendra, and Raj B. Shetty, alongside Rajendran and Kaustubha Mani. The film is produced by Ramesh Reddy under the Suraj Productions banner.
The film opened with a solid ₹5.5 crore on its first day, benefiting from the festive release and the presence of multiple established actors. However, collections saw a sharp decline on Day 2, with Friday's earnings dropping to ₹2 crore, reflecting a steep fall from the opening figure. Saturday's collection remained largely flat at ₹1.95 crore, followed by a marginal uptick on Sunday, which brought in around ₹2 crore, according to early estimates.
The weekday trend showed a noticeable slowdown. Monday recorded approximately ₹0.85 crore, while Tuesday and Wednesday saw further dips at ₹0.6 crore and ₹0.42 crore, respectively. These figures indicate reduced footfall once the holiday period ended.

The narrative of 45 centers on Vinay, a young software engineer whose routine life takes an unexpected turn following a seemingly minor incident. Over the course of 45 days, Vinay is forced to confront moral and emotional dilemmas that reshape his understanding of responsibility and consequence. Shiva Rajkumar appears in the role of Shivanna, a guiding presence who influences Vinay's decisions during this turbulent phase.
From a technical standpoint, the film brings together an extensive crew. Cinematography is handled by Satya Hegde, with editing by K M Prakash. Action sequences are choreographed by Dr K Ravivarma, Jolly Bastian, and others, while Arjun Janya also composes the music for the project.
As 45 moves into its second week, its performance over the New Year weekend will be crucial in determining how long it can sustain its theatrical run, particularly as new releases enter the market.
