45 OTT Release Date And Platform: The Kannada fantasy action film 45 hit theaters on December 25, 2025, marking a significant milestone in the career of Arjun Janya, who made his directorial debut with the project. Backed by Suraj Productions, the film brings together a multi-star cast led by Shiva Rajkumar, Upendra, and Raj B. Shetty, alongside Kaustubha Mani and Rajendran.

Set around a central character named Vinay, the film follows the life of a software engineer whose routine existence takes an unexpected turn after a moment of negligence alters his trajectory. Faced with a limited period to come to terms with his actions, Vinay is forced into introspection, grappling with fear, responsibility, and the consequences of his choices. As unexplained visions and recurring patterns begin to surface, the narrative gradually shifts between the tangible and the unseen, adding layers of uncertainty to his journey. A mysterious figure enters Vinay's life during this phase, offering guidance as he attempts to navigate a path shaped by guilt and accountability.

From a technical standpoint, 45 brings together several familiar names from the Kannada film industry. The cinematography is handled by Satya Hegde, while editing duties are overseen by K. M. Prakash. Arjun Janya directed the film, composed its music, and co-wrote the story, with dialogues penned by Anil Kumar. The action sequences were choreographed by stunt directors Dr K Ravivarma, Jolly Bastian, Different Dany, and Chetan D'souza, while choreography was handled by Chinni Prakash and B Dhananjay.
