Drishyam 3 Karnataka Box Office Collection Prediction: The Malayalam crime thriller Drishyam 3 continued its theatrical run in Karnataka with steady collections over its opening weekend. Starring Mohanlal in the lead role, the film released in cinemas on May 21, 2026, and has now completed three days at the box office, while Day 4 collections are currently in progress on Saturday, May 24.

According to figures shared by industry tracker AB George through an X post published on May 24, the film earned approximately ₹2.70 crore gross in Karnataka on its opening day. The collections saw a dip on Day 2 with around ₹1.70 crore gross, before witnessing growth again on Day 3 with an estimated ₹2.30 crore. With this, the film's total Karnataka gross after three days stands at about ₹6.70 crore.
The tracker further noted that the film is moving towards one of the biggest opening weekends recorded by a Malayalam film in Karnataka. However, official figures from the makers regarding the state-wise box office performance are still awaited.
Drishyam 3 Plot, Cast, and Crew
Directed and written by Jeethu Joseph, the film marks the third installment in the long-running Drishyam franchise. The latest chapter once again follows Georgekutty and his family as they deal with the lingering impact of past events connected to the Varun case. The story is set several years after the events shown in the previous film and explores the renewed attention surrounding the family after Georgekutty adapts his life story into a movie.
Apart from Mohanlal, the cast includes Meena, Ansiba Hassan, Esther Anil, Murali Gopy, Siddique, and Asha Sarath, all reprising characters from the earlier parts of the series.
The film has been produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas. The project is presented by Pen Studios and Panorama Studios.
The technical crew includes cinematographer Satheesh Kurup, editor Vinayak VS, and music composer Anil Johnson. The film's production design has been handled by Prashant Madhav, while Sinoy Joseph worked on sound design.
With Sunday collections still to come and Day 4 now underway, trade observers will be watching whether the film can maintain momentum in Karnataka through the remainder of the weekend.
