KD The Devil Box Office Collection: The Kannada film KD: The Devil, starring Dhruva Sarja, was released in theatres on April 30, 2026, and its Day 1 box office figures have now been reported. Directed by Prem and produced by KVN Productions, the film opened across theatres on its first day.

As per early estimates from trade tracking platform Sacnilk, the film recorded an India net collection of ₹3.50 crore on Day 1 (Thursday) across 845 shows nationwide, registering an overall occupancy of approximately 46%. These figures provide an initial snapshot of the film's theatrical reception on its opening day. The India gross collection for the first day is estimated at around ₹4.10 crore, in line with the reported net figures.
KD: The Devil Cast, and Technical Crew
KD: The Devil features an ensemble cast including Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty, V. Ravichandran, Ramesh Aravind, Reeshma Nanaiah and Jisshu Sengupta in key roles. The film also includes a cameo appearance by Sudeepa and a special dance number featuring Nora Fatehi.
In the film, Dhruva Sarja plays the character Kaalidasa, also referred to as KD. The narrative is positioned as an action-driven drama, with multiple characters contributing to the unfolding events around the central storyline.
On the technical front, the project features music composed by Arjun Janya, with cinematography handled by William David and editing by Sanketh Achar. The film is produced by Venkat K. Narayana under the KVN Productions banner. The technical team also includes art director Mohan B. Kere and edit supervisor Srinivas P. Babu, with dialogues written by Kraanthi Kumar (Gandhi).
