KD - The Devil OTT Release Date And Platform: Kannada action thriller KD - The Devil, headlined by Dhruva Sarja, is preparing for its digital debut following its theatre run. The film, which arrived on the big screen on April 30, 2026, marked one of the notable Kannada releases of the year and featured an ensemble cast that brought together actors from multiple film industries.

Written and directed by Prem, KD - The Devil is backed by Venkat K. Narayana under the KVN Productions banner. Apart from Dhruva Sarja in the lead role, the film features Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty, V. Ravichandran, Ramesh Aravind, Reeshma Nanaiah, Jisshu Sengupta and P. Ravi Shankar in key roles, while Nora Fatehi appears in a special song and Sudeepa makes a cameo appearance.

Kaalidasa, also known as Kaali or KD, lives a simple life with modest ambitions and strong ties to his family and community. However, a series of unexpected events bring him into contact with influential figures in the criminal underworld. As he becomes entangled in conflicts involving rival gangs, personal relationships and family responsibilities, Kaali finds himself navigating a world shaped by power struggles and shifting loyalties. With pressure coming from multiple sides, including crime networks and other forces operating behind the scenes, he must confront difficult choices that gradually alter the course of his life.

The technical team behind KD - The Devil includes cinematographer William David and editor Sanketh Achar. The film's music was composed by Arjun Janya, whose soundtrack accompanied the movie's promotional campaign and theatrical release.
