Landlord Now On OTT: Landlord, the Kannada action drama directed by Jadesh K. Hampi, has begun streaming on OTT following its theatrical release on January 23, 2026. Produced by K. S. Suraj Gowda and K. V. Sathyaprakash under the Sarathi Films banner, the film features Vijaya Kumar in the lead role, alongside Rachita Ram and Raj B. Shetty. The supporting cast includes Rithnya Vijay, Shishir Baikady, Umashree, Bhavana Rao, Rakesh Adiga, and Achyuth Kumar.

Set in rural Karnataka during the 1980s, the film follows Rachayya, a labourer who lives with his wife Ningavva and daughter Bhagya. His aspiration to own a piece of land is shaped by the social and economic conditions of his village, which remains under the influence of a powerful landlord, Sanna Dhani. As Rachayya witnesses growing inequality and fear among villagers, his outlook begins to change, gradually placing him at the centre of growing resistance in the village.
The story highlights tensions within the village, focusing on issues related to land ownership, social hierarchy, and everyday life under the landlord's control. While centred on Rachayya, it also reflects the experiences of others living under similar conditions.
