Mango Pachcha First Review: Sanchith Sanjeev's Debut Performance Earns Positive Early Reaction

Mango Pachcha First Review: Kannada crime drama Mango Pachcha, which is set to arrive in theatres on June 5, 2026, has received one of its earliest reactions ahead of release. The comments come from Vishweshwar Bhat, editor-in-chief of Vishwavani Daily, who attended a special screening hosted by actor Kichcha Sudeep and later shared his views on X.

Mango Pachcha First Review Sanchith Earns Praise

Directed by Viveka, Mango Pachcha marks the acting debut of Sanchith Sanjeev, the nephew of Kichcha Sudeep. The film is presented by Supriyanvi Picture Studios and KRG Studios and is produced by Priya Sudeep, Karthik, and Yogi G. Raj.

In his post, Vishweshwar Bhat recalled being invited to a private screening at Sudeep's residence in Bengaluru, where media editors were shown the film in the actor's home theatre. He also spoke about Sanchith's background, noting that the newcomer studied acting and filmmaking at the New York Film Academy and had previously worked behind the scenes as an assistant director on Manikya.

Sharing his impressions of the film, Vishweshwar Bhat said the story revolves around the transformation of an ordinary youngster into the feared figure known as "Mango Pachcha" within Mysuru's underworld. He highlighted the film's period setting, which spans an era before smartphones became commonplace, and pointed to the recreation of early-2000s Mysuru through costumes, vehicles, and locations as one of its notable aspects.

A significant portion of Vishweshwar Bhat's remarks focused on Sanchith's performance. According to him, the debutant shoulders much of the narrative and appears in scenes designed to showcase different aspects of his acting. He stated that Sanchith handles dialogue delivery and body language with confidence and effectively portrays the character's journey from an ordinary young man to an underworld figure.

Vishweshwar Bhat also commented on the actor's action sequences, describing them as energetic and suited to the film's setting. He observed similarities between Sanchith's screen presence and that of Kichcha Sudeep, noting that the newcomer's mannerisms, expressions, and style may remind audiences of the senior actor's early performances.

The veteran editor further acknowledged Sudeep's involvement in the project, saying the star contributed guidance during the film's development and also provided a voiceover. However, Vishweshwar Bhat noted that the intention appeared to be allowing the film and its lead actor to establish their own identity rather than relying on Sudeep's star power.

Mango Pachcha Set For June 5 Release Amid Early Buzz
