Mark Box Office Collection Day 9: Kichcha Sudeep Starrer Action Film Shows Decline In Earnings
Mark Box Office Collection: The Kannada action thriller Mark, starring Kichcha Sudeep in the lead role, has completed nine days of its theatrical run and entered its tenth day in cinemas today, January 3. The film, which released on December 25, has continued its box office journey through the extended holiday period, with collections largely driven by the Karnataka market.

According to estimates reported by box office tracking platform Sacnilk, Mark has earned approximately ₹23.75 crore net in India across all languages in its first nine days. The bulk of the film's earnings have come from Kannada-speaking regions, with relatively limited contributions from dubbed versions in other languages.
The film opened on a strong note on its first day, collecting around ₹8.6 crore, largely powered by advance bookings and opening-day footfalls in Karnataka. However, collections witnessed a sharp decline on Day 2, dropping to ₹3.2 crore. The film maintained similar figures on Day 3, followed by a marginal rise on Sunday, when it earned about ₹3.4 crore.
As is typical for many theatrical releases, weekday collections saw a notable slowdown. From Monday onward, daily earnings dipped below the ₹1.2 crore mark, with Day 6 and Day 7 recording ₹0.9 crore and ₹0.8 crore, respectively. Despite this downward trend, the film showed a temporary rebound on Day 8, coinciding with the second Thursday, when collections rose to approximately ₹1.9 crore across languages. Day 9, however, saw another decline, with rough estimates placing the day's earnings at around ₹0.6 crore, taking the cumulative total to ₹23.75 crore.
By the end of its first week, Mark had collected about ₹23.15 crore net, indicating that a majority of its earnings were front-loaded during the opening weekend and initial days. While the film has remained in theaters, its performance during the second weekend will be crucial in determining how steadily it holds in the coming days.
