Zindagi - Review

Still from Zindagi
Zindagi produced by A.T.Lokesh is a totally different type of film in the Kannada film industry. Lokesh who had made Duniya as a co-producer has ventured on his own in this film which has no typical commercial elements, but still engages the audience with a seat edge narration. Director Mugil has been able to provide a gripping narration of a real life incident that he had encountered without using sex and violence.

Though Mugil's script goes well with the story, he has not concentrated enough in choosing the right artistes for the important characters of the film.

Zindagi is certainly not a run of the mill film that are hitting the screens recently. It is not a family oriented film that can bring tears or an action packed film that can appeal only to the front benchers. It has a different story line and a distinct narration which will certainly be appreciated by the audience who look for variety in films. He has been ably supported by Mysore Mohan, the music director, who has provided good melodies. Not to speak of Mallikarjuna, who has done a competent work behind camera.

Priyanka and Kishor score major points in this film.

The film should be viewed for a different type of narration.
