After
seeing
lot
of
drama
behind
the
scene,
director
Dinesh
Babu
is
finally
successful
in
releasing
his
movie
School
Master
released.
Late
Dr.
Vishnuvardhan-Suhasini
combo
rocks
the
show.
If
director
had
done
little
more
homework
on
the
script,
it
would
have
been
even
more
interesting.
Earlier,
it
was
reported
that
the
movie
was
to
shoot
a
fight
sequence.
But
immediately
after
the
death
of
Dr.
Vishnuvardhan,
the
director
seems
to
have
dropped
idea
of
the
shooting
and
prepared
the
movie
for
release
to
cash
in
the
situation.
The
movie
School
Master
lacks
newness
and
innovative
ideas.
Dinesh
Babu
has
failed
to
bring
logicality
among
many
sequence.
The
movie
is
all
about
a
father
taking
revenge
against
the
murderer
of
his
daughter.
Some
of
the
illogical
sequences
in
the
first
half
of
the
movie
bore
the
audience.
But
the
second
half
is
quite
interesting,
especially
climax
is
very
emotional.
Master
Jagannath
(Dr
Vishnuvaradhan)
is
a
school
teacher.
He
is
married
to
Sneha
(Suhasini
Mani
Ratnam).
By
mistake,
his
daughter
Megnana
gets
kidnapped
by
the
goons
of
terrorist
Appu
(Mukesh
Rishi).
The
kidnappers
ask
for
release
of
Appu
in
exchange
of
Meghana.
When
the
deadline
lapses
kidnappers
kill
Megnana.
One
must
watch
the
movie
to
know
what
happens
next.
Late
Dr
Vishnuvaradhan
wins
the
heart
of
audience
with
his
performance,
dialogue
delivery
and
manners.
Suhasini
has
also
matched
well
Vishnu's
acting,
but
the
director
seems
to
have
failed
in
etching
her
role
well.
Devaraj,
Avinash,
Mukesh
Rishi,
Dharma,
Thara,
Chitra
Shenoy,
CR
Manohar
have
done
their
best
to
their
respective
roles.
However,
V
Shridhar
composed
music
has
fallen
flat,
but
the
songs
like
'Badige
Mane
Baalu...',
'Chinnu
Mari
Muddu
Mari...'
and
'Yee
Lokavella
Guruvu...'
are
rich
in
meaning.
Dinesh
Babu's
cinematography
is
also
average.
In
a
nutshell,
the
movie
School
Master
is
sentimental
family
entertainer,
with
a
few
tear-jerker
moments.
It
should
watched
for
Dr.
Vishnu's
performance.
