Bettanagere Movie Review: A Dragging Underworld Story!

Bettanagere has hit the marquee today, October 30. Based on the real life incident of 'Bettanagere Seena' aka Shiva the movie has been released after many controversies.

Bettanagere Story:
Bettanagere is the story of a place called 'Bettanagere' situated in Nelmangala village of Bangalore North
The movie about underworld depicts two important characters Shiva aka Seena and Shekara.
The main jist of the movie is how two innocent brother's get involved in criminal activities and become rivals. The first-half of the movie shows brothers sentiment and bonding while the second half strikes how brothers become rivals.
Performance:
Best ever performances by Sumanth Shailendra and Akshay as brothers. Both have acted brilliant which is the highlight of the movie. Shashikumar is seen as an encounter specialist in Bettanagere.
As usual Shobaraj is seen as an antagonist and his negative shade adds more commercial aspects to the movie. Opposite Shobaraj, actor Avinash plays a political goon who are rivals in the story. Others characters Jai Jagadeesh and Veena Sundar have given complete justice for their role as parents of Sumanth and Akshay.
Post interval cricketer turned actor Vinod Kambli makes entry as 'Junglee' in the action-thriller. He plays one of the vital negative roles in Bettanagere. The role of Achyuth Kumar is appreciable.
Debutant Naina shares a very less onscreen in the movie. Acting wise is she is just OK.
Technical Aspects:
The story based on real life incident includes dragging script in the second-half. Cinematography by Venu and mind-blowing chartbuster music by Rajesh Ramanth is yet another commercial aspects of Bettanagere.
Music:
Best background score and music add value to the action-thriller. Songs based on situations has been included jn the movie. Duet song 'Neeli Neeli' shows good chemistry between lead pair Sumanth and debutant Naina.
Verdict:
Bettanagere is a dragging mass entertainer. It showcases the relationship and bonding between two innocent brothers who rule the underworld. For mass audiences Bettanagere is a best entertainer and for other audience it is a one-time watch.

Actors Sumanth and Akshay play criminals Bettanagere Seena and Shekara in the movie. The main highlight of the movie is their best performance ever as brothers. The bonding between actors has worked out for Bettanagere.
Sumanth And Naina
The realistic movie showcases murders, political drama and violence. Bettanagere stars debutant Naina as female lead, but the actress share very less onscreen pair. The actress shares good onscreen space opposite Sumanth in duet song 'Neeli Neeli'.
Best Music
Bettanagere can also be watched for best background scores and music composed by Rajesh Ramanath. The renowned music director has composed best music for an action movie which upholds the anticipation level in the viewers.
Vinod Kambli
Earlier reports said, Vinod Kambli plays a very important role in Bettanagere. But, the cricketer tunred actor plays one of the negative role as a criminal and as he has made a comeback to bigscreens after a longtime, viewers can enjoy his performance as 'Junglee'.
Performances
The action movie simultaneously is high on emotions. The actors Sumanth Shailendra and Akshay who have good performances for action sequences have failed to bring out emotions in the movie. Debutant Naina is just OK in her performance.
Best Cinematography
Though the movie has dragging screenplay, viewers enjoy the best cinematography work done by Venu. Including songs, action sequences, emotional situations have been brilliantly captured in the camera lens.
