Kendasampige Movie Review: 'Duniya' Suri Re-Creates The Magic!

After Shivarajkumar's Kaddipudi, Kannada audiences were waiting for director Suri's movie. The maverick filmmaker who gave Duniya, Inthi Ninna Preethiya, Junglee, Anna Bond is back with Kendasampige for 2015. Kendasampige has hit the theatres today (Sep 11) all over Karnataka.
The awaited movie of Suri has gathered positive responses just after the first day first show. Audiences have gone crazy after watching the love-crime and escape story, which has been portrayed well by debutants Vicky and Manvitha Harish. Read the review below...
Kendasampige Story:
Kendasampige is a story about two die-hard lovers Ravindra(Vicky) and Gowri(Manvitha). Gowri is from a very rich family background and like in every other movie our hero, Ravindra is an orphan and poor. Status, prestige and others come in between their pure love. Around the same time, Ravindra gets trapped by Police, thus the love-birds decide to elope.
Suri has nailed it in a brilliant way and so have actors, they have given their best. What happens after the couple gets involved in dreadful drug mafia? Will they get rid of the crime and have a happy ending, is the rest of the story.
Cast Performance:
Though, Suri chose newbies Vicky and Manivtha Harish to play the lead roles in Kendasampige, they have proved themselves, through their good acting. Supporting actors Prakash Belwadi, Sheetal Shetty, Chandrika Natana Rajesh add more weightage to the story.
Technical Aspects:
Story, screenplay, dialogues and editing is so perfect and goes hand in hand. Such perfect technical aspects are seen only in very few movies and Kendasampige is one among them. Hats off to director Suri for portraying a masterpiece.
Music:
Even before the release of the movie, Kendasampige was a musical hit. The musical album has 4 soothing and meaningful songs of which 3 songs are written by Jayanth Kikini. BGM is yet another important commercial aspect which adds more grip to the script of Kendasampige.
Verdict:
Kendasampige is a fragrance of love, crime and destiny. Don't miss to watch yet another masterpiece by 'Duniya' fame director Suri.
