Muddu Manase Movie Review: A Decent Debut!

Muddu Manase Story:

Muddu Manase is a cute romantic love story between three lead roles Arun Gowda(Suresha), Nithya Ram(Poorvi) and Aishwarya Nag(Mouna). The movie opens up with an action sequence and hero Arun Gowda makes a grand entry. After the brief introduction of the characters, story takes back the audience to a flash back.

Suresha is a innocent vegetable vendor living with his mom in a village. Suresha' s innocence makes Poorvi to fall in love with him. But, Poorvi's father opposes it. Twist in the tale is the death of Suresha's mother. After loosing mother and love, Suresha's heads to the city and leads a life with his relatives.

Suresha transformes as Suri after coming to city and Mouna(Aishwarya Nag) falls in love for his style and nature. Will Suresha forgets Poorvi and accepts Mouna's love? To know this, watch the movie in the theatres.

Cast Performance:

Arun Gowda has given an brilliant acting as both innocent village guy and rough modern guy. His looks and screen presence is pretty impressive throughout the movie. Though both the actress Nithya Ram and Aishwarya Nag play lead roles in the movie, Aishwarya Nag shares more screen space.

Arun Gowda and Padmini Prakash's duo as mother-son is appreciable. Supporting characters Achyuth Kumar, Padmaja Rao and other newbies have done a best job in wrapping up the movie.

Technical Aspects:

First half is engaging, while second half moves in a slow phase. In order to bring out a romantic entertainer, Director Ananth Shine has forgotten about comedy aspects about the movie and it is a major draw back. Good cinematography by newbie Madhav Salunke.

Muddu Manase is a declared musical hit, even before its release. Newbie Vineeth Raj has composed the music to the movie which is one of the important commercial factor of the movie to win at the theatres. 6 songs written by leading directors of KFI are just not soothening but a feast to watch out too.

Overall Muddu Manase marks as a decent debut of director Ananth Shine and actors Arun Gowda-Nithya Ram. Watch Muddu Manase this festival season to appreciate the feeling of love.
