HYBE Unveils New Mission And Vision, Lays Out Bold Future Growth Strategy To Expand Global Reach
HYBE reveals a refreshed mission, vision and corporate identity, emphasising a binding focus on music, platform services and technology to broaden fan experiences and global reach under HYBE 2.0 growth pillars.
HYBE has outlined a fresh mission, vision and Corporate Identity, signalling the next stage of its long-term growth strategy under HYBE 2.0. The company is aligning music, technology and platforms to shape future business directions, while keeping fans and artists at the centre of its plans for global entertainment.

The updated mission statement is "DISCOVER A NEW UNIVERSE, UNLOCK AN IMMERSIVE JOURNEY." HYBE said this new line captures plans to build deeper, more engaging experiences through artists, content and services. The earlier mission, "We believe in Music," will still guide HYBE’s music divisions as a core principle.
HYBE new mission and vision focus on music, technology and fan experiences
Alongside the mission, HYBE presented a new vision: "GLOBAL ENTERTAINMENT LIFESTYLE PLATFORM COMPANY BASED ON MUSIC AND TECHNOLOGY." The vision underlines the aim to operate as an entertainment lifestyle platform business, with music and technology working together to shape how fans connect with artists and with content worldwide.
The most visible shift in the vision is the explicit inclusion of "TECHNOLOGY." Explaining this, HYBE stated, "While music and fans remain at the core and utmost priority, the new vision encapsulates our commitment to advancing the industry by incorporating necessary technology to expand the boundaries of the fan experience." The company links this to deeper fan engagement through its platforms.
HYBE new mission and vision tied to Corporate Identity changes
To match the new strategic direction, HYBE has also revised how it applies its Corporate Identity. Instead of pairing the wordmark, symbol and mission statement together, HYBE will now use the "HYBE" wordmark and the "H" symbol independently. The change is meant to reflect the broader scope of the company’s operations.
HYBE said the refreshed branding mirrors an expanded business structure, a mid- to long-term growth roadmap and a position as a global company built on intellectual property. The shift is designed to align visual identity with the three main business pillars and with the newer focus on technology-driven services.
HYBE new mission and vision aligned with HYBE 2.0 growth pillars
The announcements build on HYBE 2.0, revealed in August 2024 as a future growth strategy. HYBE 2.0 reorganised activities into three pillars: Music, Platform and technology-based future growth initiatives. The framework was created to respond to a changing entertainment market and to secure leadership within the global industry.
Commenting on the update, HYBE said "This brand renewal reflects HYBE's direction for new growth. Built on music and technology, HYBE will continue to expand fan experiences, create new possibilities, and help define what's next for the global entertainment industry." The statement links the brand changes directly to long-term fan-focused plans.
HYBE Corp. has operated under its current name since March 2021, after rebranding from Big Hit Entertainment. The company describes itself as a global entertainment lifestyle platform business that aims to innovate within the music sector. HYBE uses a diversified structure around Music, Platform and technology-based future growth businesses to create links across these pillars.
HYBE has steadily grown a multi-label system including BIGHIT MUSIC, BELIFT LAB, SOURCE MUSIC, PLEDIS Entertainment, KOZ ENTERTAINMENT, ADOR and YX LABELS. HYBE AMERICA manages Blue Highway Records, publishing company Big Machine Music, Quality Control Music, and HYBE’s labels in Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market, broadening activities beyond Korea.
Beyond recorded music and labels, HYBE has set up an integrated structure for technology-led future growth. Businesses include concerts, video content, games, original stories and retail operations. The platform arm runs Weverse, described by HYBE as a global superfan platform. HYBE’s network spans offices in Korea, Japan, the U.S., Mexico, China and India.
| Business Area | Key Elements |
|---|---|
| Music | BIGHIT MUSIC, BELIFT LAB, SOURCE MUSIC, PLEDIS Entertainment, KOZ ENTERTAINMENT, ADOR, YX LABELS |
| Platform | Weverse global superfan platform |
| Tech-driven future growth | Concerts, video content, games, original stories, retail services |

Through the new mission, vision and CI, HYBE is setting clearer priorities around music, technology and platforms. The company links these updates to HYBE 2.0 and to its multi-label and global network, signalling that upcoming projects will continue to focus on fan experiences and intellectual property across regions and business lines.
