Bortmans went on to make a strong statement, alleging that the belongings were effectively "taken," while revealing that nearly six months had passed since the outfits were dispatched for what was said to be an album cover shoot.

He also claimed that the project faced repeated delays, with little clarity provided from the team's side. According to him, he eventually requested a simple update once the items were returned, but says he has not received any response so far.

Amid the ongoing online buzz, the designer who earlier accused BLACKPINK's Jisoo's team of not returning outfits has now shared a fresh update.

Posting a video titled "Update" on social media, he revealed that the matter is finally being resolved. He clarified that his earlier statements were not meant to directly target Jisoo, but were instead an attempt to get a response from the team involved in the project.

"I just received news from the U.S. that everything is being resolved. Someone will be sent to Korea to retrieve the items."

Responding to the backlash, the designer emphasized that he never intended to harm Jisoo's image. "Although I've received many hate messages online, I wanted to clarify that I never intended to attack Jisoo. I only used her name to get a response from the team, with no intention of harming her."

He explained that her name appeared in official communications linked to the shoot, which is why he referenced her publicly. "Her name was mentioned in emails and other documents related to the shoot, so I used it. Now that we've contacted the team, everything is being resolved."

Looking back, he admitted that emotions influenced his earlier remarks. "At the time, I was very emotional and my words may have come out harshly. But now that it's resolved, we can move forward."
