Is Kim Soo Hyun's Apartment Seized: Kim Soo Hyun has been in controversy for a long time. Following the dating scandal of Queen Of Tears actor, the Seoul Central District Court has approved Kim Soo Hyun's agency, Gold Medalist, to seize the Garosero Research Institute (YouTube channel) owner's two apartments. These are a part of the agency's 12 billion KRW defamation lawsuit. To note, Kim Soo Hyun and his agency have recently faced a huge financial loss because of the ongoing dating scandal case.

Now, there has been another big update in Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron's controversy. As per several reports, the actor Kim Soo Hyun's one of the luxury apartments has been seized by Classys. Reports suggest that Kim Soo Hyun failed to repay the penalty fees owed.

Kim Soo Hyun Controversy UPDATE: Actor's Property Seized

As per Koreaboo's reports, Kim Soo Hyun's one of the apartments has been seized by Classys, a cosmetics and skincare company. The actor reportedly purchased three luxury apartments between 2013 and 2014 at Galleria Foret. Classys has reportedly seized Kim Soo Hyun's 2013 unit after the actor failed to pay the penalty of 3 billion KRW.

However, Kim Soo Hyun's legal counsel has claimed that Classys seizing the actor's apartment is "unjustified." Classys filed the seizure of Kim Soo Hyun's apartment on May 8, 2025. It was then approved by Seoul Eastern Court on May 20, 2025.

However, Kim Soo Hyun's legal team claims that the financial loss should be blamed on Garosero Research Institute and Kim Se Ui's reporting and not on Kim Soo Hyun.

On June 12, 2025 Kim Soo Hyun's legal representative, attorney Bang Sung-hoon of LKBN Partners, said, "It is true that one generation of Galleria Foret was seized," as per Naver's reports. He further explained, "Kim Soo-hyun is a victim of Ga Se-yeon's (Garosero Research Institute) crime. The issue should be raised with the perpetrators, but since the contractual relationship is on this side, the arrows are being turned to the victims."

However, the attorney accepted that the advertisers of the actor are currently going through financial loss. The attorney stated, "It is true that the advertisers are suffering losses because they have not been able to execute despite paying the cost. However, who created this situation? Ga Se-yeon is responsible. If Ga Se-yeon's claims are proven false through the investigation and Kim Soo-hyun's honor as a model is restored, I think the advertisers will have no reason to continue the lawsuit."

Kim Soo Hyun previously said in his press conference, "I'll talk about the part you're most curious about. I did not date the deceased when she was a minor. And it is also not true that the deceased made a tragic choice because of me turning away or because my agency pressured her about her debt." The actor further added, "Aside from the fact that we were both actors, we were both just ordinary lovers like everyone else. We met with good feelings for each other, and as time passed, we broke up. After that, we rarely contacted each other."

Explaining how his relationship was with Kim Sae Ron, Kim Soo Hyun said, "Like most couples, we were cautious to contact each other separately after breaking up. We were both actors who were known to many people, and when she was in the same agency as me, I knew to some extent how she was doing, so it was even more so."
