Now, according to reports, the actor's agency has hired three different teams to address different aspects of situations as the situation now goes out of control. The actor has reportedly assigned took a different path to handle the crisis. Gold Medalist has hired three different teams and assigned them with different task to handle the situation at the moment. The agency has hired a law firm to see the legal matters against the actor. On the other hand, a management team has also been hired to monitor all the media coverage and and brand partnerships. And lastly, a crisis management team is hired which will gather information from Kim Sae-Ron's acquaintances and former agency representatives. The reports are also stating that that the crisis management team is retracing events that might cause the actress' death.

According to the report by Newsen, "Kim Soo Hyun's team is currently handling the crisis through three separate divisions. A law firm serves as the central control tower, overseeing legal matters, while the management team monitors media and advertising. Additionally, an internal and external team of crisis management experts is actively engaged. This crisis management team has reportedly been retracing the circumstances leading up to Kim Sae Ron's death by meeting with her acquaintances and former agency officials, raising speculation that they may have obtained significant testimonies or evidence."
