Following that, Soo-Hyun's agency, Gold Medalist, has filed a 'criminal' lawsuit against the Bloodhounds actress' family and Kim Se-ui of Garo Sero Institute, who leaked the compromising picture of the actor in a LIVE show citing that it is s*xual harassment and has no link to Sae-Ron's death.

After the n*ked photo of Kim Soo-Hyun doing dishes went viral, Gold Medalist claimed that it was taken in 2019 when Sae-Ron was an adult, "The photos disclosed by Gaseyeon were taken on December 14, 2019. There is no justifiable reason for indiscriminately exposing private photos of Mr. Kim Soo Hyun and the deceased," Gold Medalist stated.

Now, a day after the agency filed the lawsuit, it has also reportedly scrapped the plan of sending condolence money to Kim Sae-Ron's family. But why did it do so? For the unversed, Gold Medalist was also the former agency of Kim Sae-Ron before she changed it.

According to the reports, Gold Medalist has also scrapped the plans to communicate with Kim Sae-Ron's family after the compromising picture is handed over to Garo Sero by Sae-Ron's aunt. The reports further suggested that a crisis management team, which was set by Gold Medalist, was trying to get in touch with the late actress' family to resolve the ongoing matter with a discussion.

However, all communication has been stopped from Kim Sae-Ron's family's side, and the agency didn't get any response despite trying to connect to them multiple times. In response to that, Gold Medalist has decided to scrap the plan to lend condolence money to Kim Sae-Ron's family. The reason is reportedly to be Gold Medalist's fear of Sae-ron's family thinking in a wrong way that the agency is trying to bribe them. Things might turn worse, if they reject the amount, which is not yet disclosed, and put Kim Soo-Hyun's agency in bad light.

A day ago, Kim Sae Ron's mother released a heartfelt letter addressing daughter, she wrote, "My beloved daughter, Sae-ron. Are you somewhere warm? Does it still hurt? My head aches unbearably every day, and my chest feels so heavy. They say winter is ending and spring is coming, but my frozen heart refuses to thaw. I still have all your clothes, all your things. I can't bring myself to throw anything away. Your scent still lingers on your favorite jacket, and I can't even wash it-I just hold it close when I sleep."

In between she blamed herself for not standing up enough for her daughter, while elaborating how Sae-Ron used to talk to her.

She concluded the note saying, "You suffered so much, didn't you? How much pain did you carry for three whole years? I should have spent that time just loving you. Just holding you. Just telling you how precious you were. Don't worry, sweetheart. Even if the whole world forgets, I know. I know. Your friends know. Everyone who truly knew you-they all know. And I'll be okay. You told me once, "Don't worry, Mom. Even if the whole world doesn't know, I do." It's been so noisy, hasn't it? I'm sorry, my love. I'll let you go now. I'll let you rest."
