Kim Soo Hyun Sells His Luxury Apartment Amid Controversy

As per Woman Sense's report, Kim Soo Hyun owned three luxury apartments at the Galleria Foret complex in Seongsu-dong. He purchased these properties back in 2014 for reportedly 3.20 billion KRW for one. He reported selling one of the luxury apartments at 8 billion KRW, making a profit of 5 billion KRW. As per the reports, Kim Soo Hyun signed the contract with the buyer on June 27. 2025.

In case you don't know Kim Soo Hyun was sued by Classys, a medical device brand, and Cuckoo, a Malaysian appliance company brand. The actor faced 7.3 billion KRW in damages. Does this mean that he sold the apartment to cover the damages? There has been much speculation around this theory.

Talking about whether the advertisers have filed lawsuits against Kim Soo Hyun or not, the legal team of the actor said, "It's true that some advertisers have filed damages lawsuits, but these claims are based entirely on false allegations made by Garosero Research Institute. As such, there is no legal or contractual basis for the damages to be recognized."
